Description
The WegenerNet 3D (WEGN3D) Open Air Laboratory for Climate Change Research extends the climate station network in the WegenerNet Feldbach Region with atmospheric sounding capabilities.
It is designed to provide unique insights into the life cycle of precipitation events to increase our understanding of, for example, the formation of hailstorms. All data products generated in the WEGN3D Open Air Laboratory are publicly available under the CC BY 4.0 license.
Level 1b data (L1b) are measurement data resampled and/or aggregated to even time stamps in UTC.
L1b data are grouped by sensor type and given in (local) sensor reference frames. Furthermore, quality flags for each
data point are attached as metadata.
A detailed description of the data products can be found in the corresponding release notes.

WegenerNet 3D Open-Air Laboratory Level 1b data are released under the CC BY 4.0 license.

The WegenerNet Open Data Store (ODS) API follows the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Environmental
Data Retrieval (EDR) standard.
The EDR API allows to query datasets, data subsets, and specific parameters within user-defined spatiotemporal bounds.
Its standardized nature makes it easy to integrated into existing tools and services.
Error:
The ODS API is currently under development and served as a pre-release version.
This means that errors may not be handled gracefully and data integrity is not guaranteed.
